Vendor Applications!

The 2022 Putnam County Fair is coming up! Fair dates are July 8 through July 16, 2022.

This year we are adding a Craft Show on Sunday July 10th. We are hoping to showcase the talent of our local WV crafters. The Fair opens at 11am on Sunday. The craft show will last the duration of the day which is from 11am-9pm.

Last year we implanted a process of no parking within the fairgrounds. Therefore, we ask that all crafters have your booth set-up and your vehicle moved to the main parking area prior to the opening of the Fair. You will be allowed to drive into the fairgrounds to unload your supplies prior to opening as well as after the gates close on Sunday night. A free shuttle service is available to transport you to and from the parking lot.

The Craft Show will be held in the entertainment tent in the middle of the grounds. You will need to take care of your own set-up and display as tables will not be provided. Limited electricity is available but is not a guarantee at every booth. If we fill up the tent there will be room outside the tent to extend the show. If you have a pop-up canopy (10×10 or smaller) you are encouraged to bring it in the event you set up outside of the main tent.

There is a $25 application fee. Your application will include 1 free daily admission (rides not included). Additional general admission tickets may be purchased at the gate for $10 each.
