Season Pass:

There’s a whole lot of fair that happens before there’s ever a fair. ❤️🎡
Long before the gates open, the lights come on and the first ride starts turning, there are people sitting around tables sharing ideas, solving problems, making plans and figuring out how to make the next Putnam County Fair even better.
These meetings may not be the part everyone sees, but they’re where so much of the magic begins.
And tonight, we start looking ahead again. ❤️

For those of us who love county fairs, somehow that feels especially meaningful tonight.
Long before the songs, the stages and Dollywood, there was a little girl in the mountains of East Tennessee who knew just how big a county fair could feel.
Maybe that’s part of why we keep doing what we do.
Because somewhere in the crowd every year is a kid who thinks the county fair is the greatest thing on earth, too. 🎡❤️
